Frequently Asked Questions

How do I choose between a pneumatic and a hydraulic machine?
Pneumatic machines cost less and suit small-to-medium polyurethane insulation projects (25-30 MPa). Hydraulic machines reach 36 MPa with higher, more stable output for continuous professional work and fast-curing polyurea.
Can one machine spray both polyurethane foam and polyurea?
Yes. Hydraulic 36 MPa models handle both by using the correct mixing chamber and gun tip. Note polyurea needs a higher material temperature (~65°C vs ~35°C for PU foam) and polyurea-rated heated hose.
What voltage can you supply?
Standard 220V / 380V, with 110V available (e.g. Mexico). A ±10% range is acceptable and both 50 Hz and 60 Hz are supported. Tell us your local voltage and phase so we ship it correctly.
What size air compressor is required?
Pneumatic machines need at least ~980 L/min (0.9 MPa/min); hydraulic machines about ~500 L/min. 8 bar or above is recommended. The compressor is not included (an electric unit runs about $2,200) and no air dryer is required.
How long can the heated hose be?
Standard 15 m (7 m on D casting models). It can be extended — pneumatic up to about 60 m, hydraulic up to about 90 m; beyond that, pressure begins to drop.
What is included in the standard machine package?
Main proportioning unit, one Fusion-compatible spray gun, two transfer pumps, a 15 m heated hose, a tool kit, and an IPPC-fumigated export wooden case. Power supply and air source can be supplied on request.
What warranty and after-sales support do you offer?
5-year warranty, plus remote video diagnosis. In-warranty spare parts are air-freighted in 3-5 days (versus 2-8 weeks through Western distributors). Wear parts and damage from wrong power hookup are excluded.
