JYYJ-Q300 Mid-Range Pneumatic Spray Machine

JYYJ-3D Pneumatic Casting & Injection Machine (Metering Timer)
Pneumatic casting and injection machine with a metering timer for repeatable fixed-dose pours. 2-10 kg/min at 25 MPa, 1:1 ratio, 9 kW heating, 380V (220V/7kW option). Built for polyurethane injection, void filling, and small-part casting where every shot must be the same.

JYYJ-H-V6T Hydraulic Spray Machine + 7-inch PLC
Hydraulic workhorse with 7-inch PLC touchscreen control. 2-10 kg/min at 36 MPa, 105 m insulated pipe support, and intelligent automation. Ideal for contractors who need precision control without flagship pricing — the sweet spot between H600 entry and H600PK flagship.

JYYJ-H-V6 Hydraulic Polyurea & Foam Spray Machine
Hydraulic-drive spray machine for polyurea and polyurethane foam. 2-10 kg/min at the full 36 MPa working pressure, 26 kW total power with 22 kW heating, and support for up to 105 m of heated hose. Robust 310 kg build with an air-cooling system for sustained heavy-duty spraying. The manual-control hydraulic workhorse — full 36 MPa power without the PLC premium.

JYYJ-H600PK Adjustable-Ratio Hydraulic + 7-inch PLC
Adjustable-ratio hydraulic spray machine with 7-inch PLC touchscreen and adjustable mixing ratio (1:1~1:2). 2-10 kg/min at 36 MPa for polyurea, high-density foam, and precision-critical applications. Recipe memory and data logging for project documentation. Adjustable ratio handles temperature-driven viscosity shifts and custom material formulations — unique in the JYYJ line.

JYYJ-H-V8T Premium Hydraulic + 10-inch PLC + Low-Temp Protection
Pioneer's top-tier flagship — the highest-output PLC-controlled spray machine in the JYYJ line. 2-15 kg/min at 36 MPa with 10-inch PLC touchscreen, one-click start/stop operation, and low-temperature protection that prevents incomplete mixing in cold conditions. Flat-mounted booster pump design reduces footprint while maintaining the highest output. Ideal for the most demanding industrial polyurea and polyurethane projects.
JYYJ-H-V8
JYYJ-H-V8 High-Output Hydraulic Spray Machine (Button Control)
The highest-output hydraulic in the JYYJ line without the PLC — 2-15 kg/min at 36 MPa driven by a 32 kW motor, with straightforward button and dial control. Sprays polyurea and polyurethane at flagship output for a lower price than the PLC-controlled V8T. Ideal for high-volume contractors who want maximum throughput without touchscreen automation.
