Overview
Spare parts and consumables are what keep a JYYJ machine spraying. In high-pressure plural-component work, certain parts are designed to wear — mixing chambers, nozzles, the friction pair, seals, and filters — and having genuine factory-spec replacements on the shelf is the difference between a few minutes of downtime and a lost day. Wrong-spec generic parts degrade the spray pattern, fail early, and push the mix off-ratio.
Mixing Block & Manifold (料块)
The mixing block / manifold is where the A and B components impinge and combine — the highest-wear point on a high-pressure gun. Genuine factory blocks hold the precise internal geometry that keeps the mix on-ratio.

Modular mixing chambers (50/80/100/120), round/fan/casting nozzles (喷涂枪嘴), and the alloy friction pair (摩擦副) all wear with use — keep a set on hand to rebuild the gun in minutes and hold spray quality.
The wear parts to keep on the shelf
- Mixing chamber / mixing block (料块) — where the A and B streams impinge and combine; sized 50 / 80 / 100 / 120 by output. This is the highest-wear part on a polyurea gun and the first to affect mix quality.
- Spray nozzles / tips (喷涂枪嘴) — round, fan, and casting tips set the spray pattern; swap them as they wear or to change pattern.
- Friction pair (摩擦副) — the matched moving wear pair inside the gun, made of imported, specially-treated alloy; replaced as a set to keep clean valving.
- O-rings & seal kits — chemical-resistant seals per machine model; the first thing to fail and cause leaks or off-ratio shots.
- Filter screens — A-side, B-side, and suction strainers (100 mesh) catch contaminants before they reach the mixing chamber.
- Check valves — one-way valves that stop A/B backflow and the hardened-material clogs it causes.

The mixing chamber (料块) and nozzle tips. They take the full impact of fast-set chemistry mixing and atomising, so they are the parts you replace most often — keep a set on hand. Seals and filter screens are the next most common.
Can I use generic (non-genuine) spare parts?
We do not recommend it for the precision parts — mixing chamber, friction pair, and nozzles. Small geometry or alloy differences change the mix ratio and atomisation and wear out quickly. Seals and filters are less critical but still benefit from correct spec.
