Overview
Pioneer spray guns are the contact point between operator and material — gun choice determines spray pattern, atomization quality, and operator fatigue. We supply two main families: air-purge (for cleaning between shifts, lower maintenance) and mechanical-purge (for continuous high-volume work).

Entry-level pneumatic spray machine delivering stable 2-10 kg/min output at 25 MPa. Ideal for small to medium insulation, roofing, and residential projects. Single-phase 380V power, 9.5 kW heating, and self-cleaning spray gun included. The most affordable starter unit in the JYYJ pneumatic line.
JYYJ-Q300
Mid-range pneumatic spray machine delivering 2-10 kg/min at 30 MPa — the highest pressure available in the JYYJ pneumatic line. 15 kW heating power and quadruple raw-material filtering provide stability for sustained commercial work. The professional pneumatic step up from entry-level units.
JYYJ-H-V6T
Hydraulic workhorse with 7-inch PLC touchscreen control. 2-10 kg/min at 36 MPa, 105 m insulated pipe support, and intelligent automation. Ideal for contractors who need precision control without flagship pricing — the sweet spot between H600 entry and H600PK flagship.
JYYJ-H600
Entry-level hydraulic spray machine — the gateway to professional-grade pressure. 2-12 kg/min at 36 MPa with 6-18 MPa hydraulic system pressure. Compatible with both polyurethane foam and polyurea coatings. Air-cooling system protects motor and pump for sustained heavy-duty operation.
JYYJ-H600PK
Flagship hydraulic spray machine with 10-inch PLC touchscreen and adjustable mixing ratio (1:1~1:2). 2-10 kg/min at 36 MPa for polyurea, high-density foam, and precision-critical applications. Recipe memory and data logging for project documentation. Adjustable ratio handles temperature-driven viscosity shifts and custom material formulations — unique in the JYYJ line.
JYYJ-H800
Maximum-throughput hydraulic spray machine with simple button controls. 2-14 kg/min at 36 MPa with 38 kW heating — the highest heating power in the JYYJ line for sub-zero environments. Built for large industrial projects where output volume matters more than touchscreen sophistication.
JYYJ-H-V8T
Pioneer's top-tier flagship — the highest-output PLC-controlled spray machine in the JYYJ line. 2-15 kg/min at 36 MPa with 10-inch PLC touchscreen, one-click start/stop operation, and low-temperature protection that prevents incomplete mixing in cold conditions. Flat-mounted booster pump design reduces footprint while maintaining the highest output. Ideal for the most demanding industrial polyurea and polyurethane projects.
