Every JYYJ machine ships as a complete, ready-to-spray set
We sell turnkey spray rigs, not bare machines. Every JYYJ pneumatic or hydraulic machine ships with the gun, hose, feed pumps, and starter spares you need to spray on arrival. From there you customise — longer heated hose, extra guns, electric pumps, and maintenance kits — to match your output, jobsite, and crew.
Standard configuration — included with every machine
High-pressure spray machine
Your chosen JYYJ pneumatic or hydraulic model (25–36 MPa), factory-tested before shipping.
Two-component spray gun
One air-purge spray gun with a starter set of mixing chambers and round/fan nozzles, set up for your output.
Heated hose + whip hose
A standard-length heated hose with RTD temperature feedback, plus a flexible whip hose at the gun. Configurable up to 120 m maximum.
Two feed pumps (A + B)
Matched feed pumps (提料泵) to draw resin and isocyanate from your drums or IBC totes into the machine.
Starter spare-parts kit
Seal kit, a spare mixing chamber, and filter screens to cover first-run wear and keep you spraying.
Toolkit & documentation
Assembly and cleaning tools, operating manual, and a power / air hook-up guide.

Longer heated hose — up to 120 m
Daisy-chained heated sections reach large commercial roofs, tank tops, and big floors without moving the machine — up to 120 m maximum, plus whip-hose options at the gun.
