The JYYJ-3H is the entry point to professional plural-component spraying. It is a pneumatically driven, heated two-component machine that mixes isocyanate (A) and polyol (B) at a fixed 1:1 ratio and sprays at up to 25 MPa, delivering a stable 2–10 kg/min output. That is enough throughput for residential insulation, small cold rooms, attics, light commercial roofing, and small-diameter pipe insulation — without the cost and complexity of a hydraulic rig.

Machine Details — Component by Component

Integrated Control Panel

Three independent digital temperature controllers manage A-side, hose, and B-side heat. A clear power switch, voltage meter, component on/off switches, start/reset, and a dedicated emergency stop give the operator full control at a glance.

Dual Pressure Gauges & Mixing Block

A-side and B-side pressure are read on two panel-mounted gauges, so the operator can confirm balanced pressure before and during spraying. The central proportioning valve block keeps the fixed 1:1 ratio consistent for an even cell structure.

Heavy Steel Frame on Casters

The whole unit sits on a welded steel base with four polyurethane swivel casters. At about 150 kg it rolls easily around a jobsite or in and out of a van, yet stays planted while spraying.

15 m Heated Hose

The 9.5 kW heating system warms the chemicals inside the machine and along the full 15 m heated hose, holding viscosity all the way to the gun. This is what lets the 3H spray clean, consistent foam even in cold-weather work.

Multi-Leakage Electrical Protection

The electrical system uses earth-leakage protection to guard the operator against fault currents — important on damp construction sites. Combined with the 4-layer material filter, it keeps both the operator and the pump protected.

How the JYYJ-3H Works

Compressed air at 0.5–0.8 MPa drives the proportioning pump, which draws the A and B components through 4-layer filters, heats them to spraying temperature, and pushes them down the heated hose at up to 25 MPa. At the self-cleaning gun the two streams impinge, mix, atomise, and leave the nozzle as expanding polyurethane foam that cures in seconds. Because mixing happens only at the gun tip, the self-cleaning design prevents the cured-foam clogging that plagues cheaper low-pressure kits.

The 3H is built for contractors and businesses starting out in spray polyurethane foam, and for established crews who need an affordable second machine for smaller jobs. It is the right choice when your typical project is a house, a small cold room, an attic, or a light commercial roof — work that does not justify a 36 MPa hydraulic machine.
