The JYYJ-3D is the casting and injection member of the pneumatic 3-series. Where the entry-level JYYJ-3H is built for spraying, the 3D adds a metering timer so every shot is a repeatable fixed dose — the key to consistent void filling, panel-core casting, and small-part encapsulation. It runs 2–10 kg/min at 25 MPa on a 1:1 ratio, with 9 kW of heating and a standard 380V supply (a 220V / 7 kW configuration is available).

Spraying is freehand; casting is measured. When you fill a mould, a panel core, a pipe joint, or a water-heater cavity, you need the same volume of foam every time.
