The JYYJ-H-V8T is the top-tier flagship of the Pioneer JYYJ line — the highest-output PLC-controlled plural-component machine we build. Hydraulic drive delivers a stable 2–15 kg/min at the full 36 MPa working pressure, managed from a 10-inch PLC touchscreen with one-click start/stop and low-temperature protection that prevents incomplete mixing in cold conditions. 10-inch PLC Touchscreen

The large 10-inch colour touchscreen sets and monitors A/B temperature, pressure, and ratio, stores spray recipes, and runs the machine with one-click start/stop. Intelligent control lets a crew operate the V8T safely without specialist training, with real-time alarms protecting the machine.

Hydraulic Drive Cylinders

Twin hydraulic cylinders power the proportioning pump, building a steady 36 MPa with up to 18 MPa bilateral pressure. Hydraulic drive gives consistent output with no seasonal performance drop — the key to atomising high-viscosity polyurea and PU foam at a true 2–15 kg/min.

Dual High-Pressure Gauges

Panel-mounted A and B gauges give instant visual confirmation alongside the PLC readout, so the operator can verify balanced pressure up to 36 MPa before and during spraying — the key to a uniform, defect-free coating or foam.

Heavy-Duty Hydraulic Body

The flat-mounted booster-pump design packs the highest output in the line into a compact 338 kg body. High-power 26 kW heating and 0–80°C control bring chemicals to temperature quickly, while low-temperature protection blocks spraying until mixing conditions are correct.

Heavy-Duty Mobile Base

The 338 kg unit sits on a welded steel base with industrial casters, so a crew can roll the flagship around a large industrial site, yet it stays planted during high-pressure spraying.

How the JYYJ-H-V8T Works

An electric motor drives a hydraulic system that powers the proportioning pump, building spray pressure to 36 MPa at a fixed 1:1 ratio. The A and B components are heated to temperature and pushed down the heated hose; at the gun they mix and atomise, leaving expanding foam or an even polyurea coating that cures in seconds. The 10-inch PLC keeps every parameter programmable and repeatable, while low-temperature protection guards mix quality in cold weather.
