Integrated Control Panel

Digital temperature controllers manage A-side, hose, and B-side heat so the coating reaches the gun at the correct viscosity. A clear main power switch and component controls keep operation simple for entry-level crews.

Pneumatic Dual-Piston Pump

The air-driven dual-piston proportioning pump meters the A and B components at a consistent ratio on every stroke. Fewer moving parts than a hydraulic rig means lower maintenance and easy field service.

Dual Pressure Gauges & Outlets

Separate A and B pressure gauges let the operator confirm balanced pressure before and during spraying, while the dual outlet valves feed the heated hose. Balanced pressure is what produces a smooth, defect-free coating film.

The heating system warms the chemicals in the machine and along the heated hose — supported to 75 m — holding viscosity all the way to the gun. Long reach lets one rig cover a whole floor, roof, or production line.

How the JYYJ-A-V3 Works

Compressed air drives the dual-piston pump, which draws the A and B components, heats them to spraying temperature, and pushes them down the heated hose at up to 25 MPa. At the gun the two streams mix and atomise through the wear-resistant nozzle, leaving a controlled, even coating that cures quickly. Air drive keeps the system mechanically simple, easy to clean, and inexpensive to keep running.
