The JYYJ-Q300 is the professional step up in Pioneer's pneumatic line. It is an air-driven, heated plural-component machine that sprays at up to 30 MPa — the highest pressure available in the JYYJ pneumatic range — with a stable 2–10 kg/min output. A 15 kW heating system and quadruple raw-material filtration give it the consistency needed for sustained commercial spray foam and coating work, while the air drive keeps it simple to run and maintain.

Machine Details — Component by Component

Integrated Control Panel

Three independent digital temperature controllers manage A-side, hose, and B-side heat, with a voltage meter, component on/off switches, start/reset, and a dedicated emergency stop. Every control is clearly labelled in English for fast, safe operation.

Pneumatic Proportioning Pump

The air-driven pump meters the A and B components and builds pressure to 30 MPa — enough to atomise high-viscosity polyurethane and polyurea. With fewer moving parts than a hydraulic rig, it is easy to service in the field.

Dual Pressure Gauges

Separate A-side and B-side gauges let the operator confirm balanced pressure before and during spraying — the key to a consistent, defect-free foam or coating. Quadruple raw-material filtration protects the pump from clogging.

Heated Hose

The 15 kW heating system warms the chemicals inside the machine and along the heated hose, holding viscosity all the way to the gun. This is what lets the Q300 spray clean, consistent material even in cold-weather work.

Output Connections & Sturdy Stand

Quick-connect A and B outputs feed the heated hose, all mounted on a welded steel stand with a push handle for easy movement around the job site. Compact enough for one operator to position and transport.

How the JYYJ-Q300 Works

Compressed air drives the proportioning pump, which draws the A and B components through four-stage filters, heats them to spraying temperature, and pushes them down the heated hose at up to 30 MPa. At the gun the two streams mix and atomise, leaving expanding foam or an even coating film that cures in seconds. Air drive keeps the system mechanically simple, easy to clean, and inexpensive to keep running.

The Q300 suits contractors and manufacturers who have outgrown an entry-level unit and need higher pressure and sustained output for commercial spray foam insulation and protective coating — without the cost of a hydraulic machine.
