JYYJ-H-V6 Hydraulic Polyurea & Foam Spray Machine
Hydraulic-drive spray machine for polyurea and polyurethane foam. 2-10 kg/min at the full 36 MPa working pressure, 26 kW total power with 22 kW heating, and support for up to 105 m of heated hose. Robust 260 kg build with an air-cooling system for sustained heavy-duty spraying. The manual-control hydraulic workhorse — full 36 MPa power without the PLC premium.

Pioneer's top-tier flagship — the highest-output PLC-controlled spray machine in the JYYJ line. 2-15 kg/min at 36 MPa with 10-inch PLC touchscreen, one-click start/stop operation, and low-temperature protection that prevents incomplete mixing in cold conditions.
