Duration

The Challenge

Active manufacturing plant could only suspend operations 48-60 hours. Existing floor failing under forklift traffic + chemical spills. Required abrasion + chemical resistance with near-zero cure to meet Monday production restart.

Our Solution

Weekend application window. JYYJ-H-V6T at 36 MPa with 2-14 kg/min throughput completed full coverage in 38 hours. Polyurea flooring grade 3mm DFT, primed to concrete. Full cure to forklift traffic in 6 hours post-application.

What Pioneer Delivered

Not just a machine — a matched system, a trained crew on site, and after-sales backing end to end.

  • An on-site slab survey with moisture and dew-point logging before any spray, plus crack and joint routing — so the coating bonded to a sound floor instead of lifting under traffic.
  • A single-source system — JYYJ-H-V6T machine and flooring-grade polyurea matched, tuned and warranted together, not a sprayer, a primer and a coating from three suppliers blaming each other.
  • A spray crew trained for large-area floor work and high-throughput application — the hard part of a seamless 6,000 m² floor is operator pace and overlap control, and we own it.
  • Holiday-tested QA and a schedule built around the plant's 48-60 hour weekend shutdown — the full floor went back to forklift traffic in 6 hours and production restarted on time Monday.
  • Ongoing remote support for ratio and temperature tuning, plus re-order of the exact matched material — so the next bay or a worn zone is a phone call, not a new project.

Execution Process

  1. 1 · Concrete Prep & Shot Blast

The 6,000 m² slab is shot-blasted to a CSP 3-4 profile to strip old coating, laitance and oil, then cracks and joints are routed and filled so the polyurea lays over a sound, keyed substrate.

  2. 2 · Primer & Moisture Check

Slab moisture and the weekend dew point are logged, then a concrete-matched epoxy primer is rolled within the recoat window for chemical adhesion across the full floor before the topcoat goes down.

  3. 3 · Polyurea Floor Spray

Flooring-grade pure polyurea is sprayed to 3 mm DFT with the JYYJ-H-V6T at 36 MPa, sustaining 2-14 kg/min and roughly 6 m²/minute to cover the whole plant inside the weekend window. A seamless high-gloss film leaves no joints for forklift wheels to chip.

  4. 4 · Cure & Monday Restart

The polyurea is tack-free within minutes and reaches full forklift-traffic cure in 6 hours, leaving margin inside the 48-60 hour shutdown. The floor is holiday-checked for pinholes, then production restarts on schedule Monday morning.

Why This Model Is Commonly Selected

The JYYJ-H-V6T adds a 7-inch PLC touchscreen to the hydraulic V6 platform for precise temperature and pressure control — useful for tank lining, industrial flooring and abrasion-resistant coatings where consistent film thickness matters.

Frequently Asked Questions

Difference between H-V6 and H-V6T?
Both are 36 MPa hydraulic machines; the H-V6T adds a 7-inch PLC touchscreen for precise, repeatable control, while the H-V6 uses manual controls.
Good for pure polyurea lining?
Yes — it is commonly configured for fast-curing polyurea; share your tank/floor size and material for a matched setup.

Recommended Configuration

  • Main proportioning unit
  • Fusion-compatible spray gun
  • Two transfer pumps
  • 15 m heated hose (7 m on D casting models)
  • Tool kit
  • IPPC export wooden case
