The Challenge

Vannamei shrimp aquaculture operation suffered 30-40% loss from water seepage into surrounding soil — destabilizing pH, salinity, dissolved oxygen. Earthen liners eroded each season requiring expensive re-grading. Survival rate dropped to 60-65%.

Our Solution

Substrate prepared via mechanical compaction + geotextile underlayment. Applied 3mm food-grade pure polyurea using JYYJ-H-V6T at 36 MPa, NSF/ANSI 61 compliant grade for aquatic environments. Seamless coverage across 24 production ponds. Cured in seconds, returned to brood-stocking within 48 hours.

What Pioneer Delivered

Not just a machine — a matched system, a trained crew on site, and after-sales backing end to end.

  • An on-site survey of pond geometry, slopes and fittings with a substrate-preparation plan before any spray — so the liner bonds to a stable base and does not punch through.
  • A single-source system — JYYJ-H-V6T machine and food-grade NSF/ANSI 61 polyurea matched, tuned and warranted together, not a sprayer and a material bought from three suppliers who blame each other.
  • A spray crew trained to hold even 3 mm thickness across sloped banks and humid-climate gel timing — the hard part of polyurea is the operator, and we own that skill.
  • Holiday-tested QA and a pond-by-pond schedule built around the customer's production cycle — ponds went back to brood-stocking in under 48 hours, keeping the harvest calendar intact.
  • Ongoing remote support for ratio and climate tuning, plus easy re-order of the exact matched food-grade material — lining the next pond block is a phone call, not a new project.

Execution Process

  1. 1 · Substrate Prep & Compaction

Each pond bed and bank is shaped, mechanically compacted and overlaid with a geotextile underlayment to give the membrane a stable, puncture-resistant base. Slopes and inlet/outlet fittings are detailed so the polyurea can run seamless from floor to crest.

  2. 2 · Machine Setup & Material Check

The JYYJ-H-V6T high-pressure rig is brought to 36 MPa with heated hoses, and the food-grade NSF/ANSI 61 polyurea is verified on test panels for full cure and adhesion. Gel time is tuned for the humid Mekong Delta climate before lining the first pond.

  3. 3 · Polyurea Spray Lining 3 mm

Hand-spray 3 mm of food-grade pure polyurea over the prepared bed with the JYYJ-H-V6T at 36 MPa, building one seamless monolithic liner per pond with no welds or overlaps to leak. The few-second gel lets the crew coat sloped banks and detailed fittings in a single continuous pass.

  4. 4 · Cure & Return to Stocking

Polyurea is tack-free in seconds and water-ready fast; the liner is holiday-tested for pinholes before filling. Ponds are flushed and returned to brood-stocking within 48 hours, with no inert leaching to disturb pH, salinity or dissolved oxygen.

Why This Model Is Commonly Selected

The JYYJ-H-V6T adds a 7-inch PLC touchscreen to the hydraulic V6 platform for precise temperature and pressure control — useful for tank lining, industrial flooring and abrasion-resistant coatings where consistent film thickness matters.

Frequently Asked Questions

Difference between H-V6 and H-V6T?
Both are 36 MPa hydraulic machines; the H-V6T adds a 7-inch PLC touchscreen for precise, repeatable control, while the H-V6 uses manual controls.
Good for pure polyurea lining?
Yes — it is commonly configured for fast-curing polyurea; share your tank/floor size and material for a matched setup.

Recommended Configuration

  • Main proportioning unit
  • Fusion-compatible spray gun
  • Two transfer pumps
  • 15 m heated hose (7 m on D casting models)
  • Tool kit
  • IPPC export wooden case
