Our Solution

Abrasive blasted to CSP 4. Applied pure polyurea membrane at 2.5mm DFT using JYYJ-H-V8T at 36 MPa with 10-inch PLC precision. Gel time tuned to 8 seconds for vertical work, cure to service in 30 seconds.
