The Challenge

Contractor serving residential retrofit market needed to scale from 1 to 3 crews. Budget pressure ruled out Graco Reactor-tier equipment. Required reliable 25 MPa output at fraction of Western equivalent cost.

Our Solution

Supplied 3 × JYYJ-3H pneumatic machines ($2,350 each) with matched Pioneer A-component (All-Water for interior safety) and Wanhua B-component. Spanish technical documentation and remote commissioning training included.

What Pioneer Delivered

Not just a machine — a matched system, a trained crew on site, and after-sales backing end to end.

  • An on-site assessment of the contractor's residential retrofit workflow, sizing a three-machine fleet to the crews and home volume they planned to grow into.
  • A single-source system — JYYJ-3H machines, All-Water A-component and Wanhua B-component matched and warranted together, so the crews never chase three suppliers blaming each other.
  • Remote commissioning training and Spanish technical documentation so new crews learn even-pass wall application — the hard part of SPF is the operator, and we trained it.
  • A phased rollout matched to the contractor's growth — one machine proven first, then scaled to three crews in six months with a roughly four-month payback per machine.
  • Ongoing remote support and easy re-order of the exact matched All-Water and Wanhua chemicals — so adding the next crew or machine is a phone call, not a new project.

Execution Process

  1. 1 · Wall Cavity Survey

Interior wall cavities are inspected, cleared of dust and debris, and checked dry before spraying. Electrical and plumbing runs are noted so the foam encapsulates them without trapping moisture.

  2. 2 · Machine & Crew Setup

Each JYYJ-3H pneumatic machine is primed with Pioneer All-Water A-component, chosen for interior occupant safety, and matched Wanhua B-component. Output is verified at 25 MPa and a test pass confirms a clean, even spray fan.

  3. 3 · SPF Wall Application

Crews spray SPF in even passes into the wall cavities with the JYYJ-3H at a steady 25 MPa, building the design thickness in controlled lifts. The professional output lets a small crew retrofit a typical home interior in a single visit.

  4. 4 · Trim, Cure & Handover

Overfill at studs is trimmed flush for drywall, the foam cures quickly, and the cavity is ready to close. The crew moves to the next project the same week, letting the contractor cycle three machines across multiple homes.

Why This Model Is Commonly Selected

The JYYJ-3H is the entry point to professional plural-component spraying — an affordable air-driven machine (25 MPa, 380V single-phase / 9.5 kW) for contractors starting in spray foam or needing a second machine for smaller residential jobs.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the 3H enough for a startup?
It is designed as an entry-level professional machine for small-to-medium residential insulation; larger continuous jobs are better served by hydraulic models.
What voltage is the 3H?
Standard 380V single-phase (±10% acceptable); other voltages including 110V can be configured on request. An air compressor is required.

Recommended Configuration

  • Main proportioning unit
  • Fusion-compatible spray gun
  • Two transfer pumps
  • 15 m heated hose (7 m on D casting models)
  • Tool kit
  • IPPC export wooden case
